1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using jucai.ro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Steam account with CS2
• Reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming is legal
• Not be a person barred from using the service under applicable laws

3. Nature of the Service

jucai.ro is a skill-based competitive gaming platform. Players stake funds on their own performance in Counter-Strike 2 matches. This is NOT gambling - outcomes are determined entirely by player skill, not chance. The Platform facilitates matches between players of similar skill levels using our proprietary Glicko-2 rating system.

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account using your Steam credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed through Stripe and are typically instant
• Minimum deposit: $5.00
• Minimum withdrawal: $10.00
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days
• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods in your name
• We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals

6. Platform Rake

We charge an 8% rake on winnings, distributed as follows:

• 5.5% - Platform operational fee
• 1.0% - Competitive prize pool fund
• 1.0% - Integrity and anti-cheat fund
• 0.5% - Creator support fund

7. Fair Play Policy

You agree to:

• Play fairly and not use any cheats, hacks, or exploits
• Not engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud
• Not use multiple accounts or share accounts
• Use our approved anti-cheat software during matches
• Not intentionally disconnect or sabotage matches

Violation of our Fair Play Policy may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by jucai.ro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall jucai.ro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
